These fast access entry doors include a conflat CF 4.5 inch vacuum flange and allow for quick access to the vacuum chamber. They are often used for load-lock applications. These quick access doors include an optical view port window so that the vacuum system user can see inside the vacuum chamber. They include a manual knob for tightening the access door and are made of stainless steel with Viton o-ring material. 

These fittings use a copper gasket and knife-edge flanges. The O-ring door seal would limit the high vacuum to 10-8 Torr range and can be heated to 150 °C for bake-out defined by the Viton O-ring. North American flange sizes are given by flange outer diameter in inches: 1-1/3 ("mini conflat"), 2?, 4?, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13?, 14 and 16?. In Europe and Asia, sizes are given by tube inner diameter in millimeters: DN16, DN40, DN63, DN100, DN160, DN200, DN250. These vacuum fittings are made of corrosive resistant stainless steel.
